Gotta Guy NJ is a subscription-based home management service founded in Bergen County, New Jersey. Members get a dedicated team of vetted, insured professionals who handle preventive maintenance, service calls, repairs, installations, and project management — so homeowners never have to chase a contractor again.

The service acts as a "Fractional Home Manager": one point of contact who knows your home, your history, and your preferences.

## Membership Plans

- **Ground ($60/month or $720/year):** Concierge access, vetted pro network, 2 guided home walkthroughs per year, seasonal tips and reminders. 20% outsourced service fee.
- **Base ($199/month or $2,400/year):** Everything in Ground, plus 4 punch-list service visits per year (5 hours each), active home management, priority access to the pro network.
- **Pro ($749/month or $8,000/year):** Full recurring seasonal maintenance program (20+ done-for-you tasks), custom home inspection and inventory log, 24/7/365 emergency service, dedicated home "Super," bonus labor hours, 15% outsourced service fee.

## What We Do

**In-house services include:**
- Preventive maintenance (dryer vent cleaning, HVAC filter replacement, smoke/CO detector inspection, garage door lubrication, gutter and downspout inspection, exterior spigot winterization, refrigerator coil vacuuming)
- Service calls and repairs (light bulb replacement, door and lock repairs, faucet and fixture fixes, caulking and re-sealing, drywall patching and touch-up paint, cabinet and drawer hardware, screen door adjustments)
- Installations and upgrades (TV mounting and art hanging, smart lock installation, light fixture and ceiling fan installs, shelving and storage solutions, custom closet conversions, furniture assembly)
- Punch-list management (new homeowner lists, pre-sale inspection lists, full home walkthroughs, seasonal checklists, multi-task bundled visits, on-site vendor supervision)

**Third-party professional network covers:**
HVAC, plumbing, roofing and gutters, landscaping, electrical and AV, and more — all vetted, contracted, priced, scheduled, and billed through Gotta Guy.
