Gotta Guy provides tiered home management and maintenance memberships to residential clients in Bergen County, New Jersey. Membership terms, included services, and pricing are described at the time of enrollment.

By providing your mobile number to Gotta Guy, or by texting our business line at (201) 201-0025, you agree to receive text messages from Gotta Guy regarding your service requests, appointments, and account.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. PAYMENT
Membership fees are billed as described in your membership agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in your agreement.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gotta Guy provides services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
